Q: How does Heathrow Break Airport Parking work?

A: You need to give us a call 20 to 30 minutes before your arrival at the terminal. Our professional chauffeur will meet you, confirms your details and take your car to park securely. When you return, you need to call us after you’ve picked up all your luggage and we will then return your car to you.

Q: How can I make the payment?

A: Complete the online booking form. Currently we accept payments via Paypal.

Q: Will I get any confirmation of booking?

A: Yes, a confirmation email with your unique reference number and directions to the area at the terminal where our chauffeur will meet you is sent immediately when your payment is confirmed.

Q: What if my flight is delayed, changed or cancelled?

A: If we have your return flight number then we will be able to monitor your flight status. For flight cancellations, tell us your new flight number and estimated arrival time. You must notify us of any cancellation or change.

Q: How do I recognise Heathrow Break drivers?

A: All our drivers wear a uniform with Heathrow Break logo.

Q: Do I have to sign anything or does the driver give me a receipt for parking?

A: Yes.

Q: Are your chauffeurs insured?

A: Yes, our chauffeurs are insured with tradex car jockey insurance.

Q: Do your chauffeurs carry ID?

A: Yes.

Q: I want to cancel or change my booking. Will this be a problem?

A: If you give us 24 hours notice then we will refund your payment minus a £10 cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel later than that we regret we cannot give you a refund as we have already reserved your parking space.

Q: Do you service all terminals?

A: Yes.

Q: Am I charged if I arrive later or earlier then designated on my booking form?

A: No, but please let us know in advance to avoid delays with the collection of your vehicle.

Q: Do your prices include VAT?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you charge any credit/debit card fees?

A: No.
